Why people call us up here

What Clearwater's city pickup doesn't cover

Three free pickups a year, then you're paying anyway

Clearwater caps Large Item Collection at three free collections per household per year, and the wait runs two to four weeks. Past that there's a fee. If you're mid-cleanout, staging a house, or working to a closing date, that math stops working fast.

Beach and Sand Key buildings have their own rules

Island Estates, Sand Key and the Clearwater Beach towers generally won't let anything sit in a corridor or dock without the service elevator booked first. Tell us the building and we'll plan the visit around the association's window.

Branches have to be cut to six feet and bundled

That's the city's rule for yard trash, and it's why half-finished tree work sits at the curb for a month. We take it as it lies — no cutting, no bundling, no measuring.

Where we work

About twenty minutes from your driveway

We run Clearwater the same way we run St. Pete — flat pricing off a photo, same-week pickup, and the two of us on the truck.

Inland Clearwater

Skycrest, Morningside Estates, Del Oro Groves, Coachman Ridge and Countryside. Mostly mid-century block homes with a garage, a Florida room and a shed that's been quietly filling up since the eighties. Garage cleanouts are the job we do most up here.

The water

Island Estates, Sand Key, Clearwater Beach and Harbor Oaks. Condo turnovers, seasonal rentals and furniture swaps — usually a quarter to a half truck, and almost always an access question rather than a volume one.

Just past the line

We're in Dunedin, Safety Harbor, Largo and Palm Harbor constantly too. If you're near the edge of that, ask anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth it for you.

Seasonal

Snowbird turnover is its own kind of cleanout

Clearwater runs on a season, and the back end of one looks the same every year: a unit that needs to be empty before the next tenant, a sofa that didn't survive three winters of renters, and a two-week window to get it done. April and May are our busiest weeks up there, and October runs a close second. If you manage units and you know the turnover date now, tell us early — we'd rather book it than squeeze it.

Questions

What Clearwater customers ask

Do you charge extra to come up to Clearwater?

No. Same flat price card as St. Pete — a single item is $99 and a full truck is $595. We're about 20 minutes up Gulf-to-Bay, so it's a normal service day for us, not a trip charge.

Can't I just use the city's large item pickup?

Sometimes, and we'll tell you when that's the cheaper move. Clearwater gives each household three free large-item collections a year with a two-to-four week wait, then charges for extra pickups. If you're over the cap, on a closing date, or it's construction debris they won't take, that's when calling us makes sense.

Can you get into a Clearwater Beach or Sand Key condo?

Yes — just tell us the building when you message. Most of the towers want the service elevator reserved and a certificate of insurance on file. We're licensed and insured and can send our certificate ahead if the association asks for it.

How fast can you actually get to Clearwater?

Usually the same week, often within 48 hours. If you've got a tenant turnover or a closing date, say so and we'll be straight about whether we can hit it.

Do you handle whole-house cleanouts in Clearwater?

Yes. Estate clear-outs, snowbird turnovers and pre-listing cleanouts are a large part of what we do up there. A whole house is usually a full truck at $595, and we'll price it off photos before we come.

Send one photo and have it gone this week.

You'll have a real number in about ten minutes, and no obligation either way.
