Send one photo of the pile. We send back one number — labor, hauling and dump fees included. No walkthrough, no sales visit, honest work at a reasonable price.
Pick what matches your problem — every page has real pricing on it, because you shouldn't have to book a call to find out what something costs.

Snap the pile on your phone. That's genuinely all we need to price it.
Not a range, not "starting at." Labor, hauling and dump fees, all in.
You point, we lift. Everything out, floor swept, usually the same week.
A construction tear-out in St. Pete — drywall, cabinets and framing at the curb. Drag the handle to see the same driveway when we left.

Junk removal is priced by how much space it takes up in the truck — not by the hour, not by the item. Here's the whole card. Most people land between a quarter and a half load.
| Load size | What that looks like | You pay |
|---|---|---|
| Single item | One mattress, couch or appliance | $99 |
| 1/8 truck | A few boxes and a chair | $165 |
| 1/4 truck | A bedroom's worth | $225 |
| 3/8 truck | A garage corner | $285 |
| 1/2 truck | Half a garage | $345 |
| 3/4 truck | Large garage clear-out | $475 |
| Full truck | Whole-house or estate clear-out | $595 |
Add-ons: stairs $40 per flight · fridges and freezers $35 · mattresses $25 each · tires $15 each. Hot tubs, pianos, sheds and safes are quoted separately — send a photo and we'll price it.
The number we send you is the number you pay. We don't add fees at the truck.
Paint, solvents, gasoline, pool chemicals and other household hazardous waste have to go to the Pinellas County Household Chemical Collection Center, and they only accept it from residents directly. We can't legally haul it for you. Same for vehicles, boats, and anything with fuel still in it. Ask us and we'll point you the right way.

We're Dien and JC, and we haul junk here in St. Pete. If you've got something you can't lift or the county won't take, that's the whole job description.
Neither of us planned on doing this for a living. But the more we did it, the more we noticed the same thing: the hard part of getting rid of something is almost never the lifting. It's the deciding, and the figuring out where it's even supposed to go. We handle both, and people seem relieved.
We were both born and raised here. So when you message us, you're not reaching a call center in another state — you're talking to Dien or JC, and one of us is the person who shows up at your door. We'd rather run into you at Publix having done a good job.
All of Pinellas County, plus Tampa and the surrounding areas for larger jobs. If you're just outside, ask anyway — we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth it for you.
Usually the same week, often within 48 hours. If you've got a closing or a move-out date, tell us and we'll be straight with you about whether we can hit it.
Because an on-site estimate means you wait until Thursday to find out a number. A photo gets you a real price in about ten minutes, and we've been doing this long enough to price accurately off one.
Yes. Labor, hauling and disposal fees are in the number we send you. Stairs, appliances and mattresses have listed add-ons that we tell you before we come — never after.
Anything genuinely reusable we try to donate, metal goes to scrap, and the rest goes to the Pinellas County transfer station. We're not fly-tipping it down a back road.
No, as long as we can access it and you've told us what stays. We'll send photos when it's done.
Homeowners pay on completion. Realtors, property managers and attorneys can be set up on Net 15 invoicing so nobody's handing a card over at a property.
You'll have a real number in about ten minutes, and no obligation either way.
