Junk removal in Largopast the four-a-year cap

Largo gives each household four bulky collections a year. A single downsizing weekend can use up two of them. We're ten minutes away, there's no cap, and the price is on the page.

Why people call us here

What Largo's bulky collection doesn't cover

Four collections a year, ten cubic yards each

That's the city's allowance per household — four bulky waste collections annually, capped at ten cubic yards apiece. It sounds like a lot until you clear one two-car garage, which runs most of a ten-yard load on its own. Two rooms of furniture and a shed and you've spent half your year.

Bulky, yard waste and trash can't be mixed

Largo requires each stream kept separate at the curb, three feet clear of your carts, mailbox, vehicles, storm drains and fences, and ten feet under any overhead wire. A surprising share of the piles that get skipped in this city aren't too big — they're just stacked wrong, and nobody tells you until the truck has gone.

If a contractor made it, the city won't take it

Yard waste generated by a landscaper, a tree service or any land clearing is explicitly excluded from residential collection, and so is renovation debris. If your tree guy left the limbs behind or your bathroom demo is stacked by the driveway, that pile is yours to solve.

Where we work in Largo

Ten minutes from most of this city

We run Largo the same way we run St. Pete — a flat price off one photo, same-day pickup, and the two of us doing the lifting.

Central and east Largo

Ridgecrest, East Bay, the Rosery Road blocks and the streets around Largo Central Park. Mostly mid-century block homes with a real garage, a Florida room and a shed that's been quietly filling since the eighties. Garage cleanouts are far and away the job we do most here.

The 55+ and manufactured-home communities

Largo has one of the densest concentrations of them in Pinellas — Ranchero Village, Fairway Village, Palm Hill, Golden Gate and dozens of smaller parks. Narrow lanes, carport access, park rules about how long anything can sit outside, and usually a hard date to have the unit empty.

West Largo and the Bluffs side

Harbor Bluffs, the Belleair Bluffs line and the Indian Rocks Road corridor. Bigger lots, more garage and more shed, and more of the heavy one-off items — hot tubs, workshop equipment, a boat trailer's worth of stored furniture.

Downsizing

Estate and downsizing work is most of what we do in Largo

There is a specific job that happens in this city more than anywhere else in Pinellas, and it goes like this: someone's parent is moving into assisted living, or has passed, and a unit in a 55+ community has to be empty and broom-clean by a date the community set. Sometimes the family is local. Often they've flown in for four days and are trying to sort a lifetime of belongings between flights.

The practical constraints are real. Park lanes are narrow and some communities won't allow a truck to sit for hours. Carports and Florida rooms hold more than anyone expects. There's usually one shed nobody has opened. And the community office wants to know when you'll be there and when you'll be gone.

What we can do is take the deciding and the hauling off the pile. Tell us the date the unit has to be clear, send photos of each room, and we'll give you one number and a time window. Anything genuinely reusable we try to donate rather than dump — in this kind of job that's often most of the kitchen and a good share of the furniture.

Questions

What Largo customers ask

Do you charge extra to come to Largo?

No. Same flat card as St. Pete — a single item is $99, a full truck is $595. Largo is a normal service day for us, not a trip charge.

I've already used my four city pickups. What now?

That's most of the calls we get here. Past the cap you're either paying the city for extra collections and waiting on their schedule, or you're calling somebody. We'll price it off a photo and usually be there the same day.

Can you work inside a 55+ or manufactured-home community?

Yes, and we do constantly. Tell us the community when you message and we'll work to their access hours. We're licensed and insured and can send our certificate to the park office ahead of time if they ask for one.

Will you take renovation debris the city won't?

Yes. Drywall, cabinets, tile, lumber, old fixtures and carpet are all normal loads for us. That's the material Largo's residential collection is not set up to handle, so it's often the whole reason people call.

How fast can you actually get to Largo?

Often the same day, and rarely more than 48 hours. If you're working to a closing, a move-out or a community deadline, say so up front and we'll be straight about whether we can hit it.
